The founder

Behind Mlle Potts & Co is me, Aurélie Pierrat, 42 years old, a Bordeaux resident by adoption with a passion for conviviality, good food, and creativity.

After more than 20 years in communications, I decided to transform my need for meaning into a project close to my heart: a warm, welcoming, and inspiring tea room in Bordeaux.

For several years, I gained experience through travel and tasting:

🍪 more than 20 brunches and tea times tested in Paris,

☕ 13 cafés spotted in Bordeaux,

🦘 a year spent in Australia,

and countless culinary experiments in the kitchen, some more successful than others!

This curiosity led to an obvious conclusion: to create a place where people feel good, where they can take the time to relax, laugh, and share a good coffee or homemade brunch. It's a project that I've been developing for over 8 years and which is finally coming to life in a 100 m² space in the heart of the Saint-Michel district in Bordeaux, combining a tea room, brunch spot, and cozy coworking space.

Today, Mlle Potts & Co is a warm and welcoming retreat, designed for anyone who wants to slow down a little, savor the moment, and reconnect with what matters: the simple pleasure of a good time.
